Your first 90-minute session

A thorough intake exploring your health history, current symptoms, and goals — nothing is too small to mention.

An outline for working together, tailored to your specific needs and what your body is asking for.

A "homework" action plan to begin with — things you can start implementing right away.

Ongoing follow-up sessions over a minimum of 3 months, so I can truly support you in reaching your goals.
